2. I don't think that he should be punished with the death penalty, because he didn't intentionally kill all those people. I believe that he should face time in prison for his reckless actions.
3. I believe that the death penalty should be allowed for cases that are bad enough. There are some crimes, such as purposely murdering hundreds of people, that should be punished by death. They shouldn't assign the death penalty to people who didn't do anything to deserve it. Sometimes a life sentence in jail would cause more suffering than a death penalty.
